A person told me that she had a dream last night in which she killed a man who tried to rape her friend. We mentioned the full moon and that it might have had something to do with it. But I believe it might be something else. Or it's just a dream and nothing else to it. Care to interpret?

the full moon has a lot of impact in nature (here in the north they say so)
and we are a part of it, i hope
but how it affects dreams i don't know, makes us more open and sensitive, maybe
guess it depends on the feeling of the dreamer, but to me it looks like a good dream, in dreams it is good when you take it all the way and actually kill, it might mean that you awake are able to put boarders between your inner self and the world outside where you need to have them, and stand up for yourself (or something like that, heard it on the radio once and it sounded very reassuring)
maybe the dreamer felt threatened in some way, or to some part (symbolized by the friend), something essential especially if it was a close friend (this i didn't hear on the radio :)
/q
p.s. there is nothing like "just a dream" :)
I told her about your interpretation and she thought that it might have something to do with her stressful work. So the rapist could be the personification of her stress and the friend was herself. She stepped outside of her self, we could say.
I think I'm to restless to analyze dreams to much and I'm experiencing this period again where I feel like I never dream. Or I don't remember my dreams.
